Legal basis
Terms of use
These terms describe the current LEMATO MVP pre-phase. They provide a practical operating basis and must be legally reviewed before a broad public launch.
Platform role
LEMATO helps craft, design, and service businesses present profiles, become discoverable, receive requests, and prepare transparent transaction records. LEMATO is not a social network and does not rank providers through hidden paid promotion.
Business responsibilities
- Business profiles must describe real activity and accurate contact information.
- Media, references, pinboard posts, and profile text must belong to the business or be used with permission.
- Businesses remain responsible for offers, agreements, delivery, quality, taxes, and legal obligations outside the platform.
Customer and guest requests
Customers and guests may send genuine project, repair, collaboration, or question-based requests. Spam, abusive messages, misleading identity, and automated misuse are not permitted.
Review and publication
Business profiles are not automatically public. LEMATO may review, publish, reject, request changes, hide, or remove content when it appears incomplete, misleading, abusive, illegal, or inconsistent with the platform rules.
Commercial flows
Payment and transaction features are MVP infrastructure. Transaction records distinguish gross amount, LEMATO platform fee, and the amount attributable to the business. Full invoicing, tax reporting, payout automation, subscriptions, and escrow are not part of the current MVP.
Pre-phase status
The current service is intended for a controlled pre-phase. Features, terminology, review processes, and commercial handling may change as the product is tested and prepared for wider operation.
