Platform rules
Basic platform rules
These rules prepare a controlled pre-phase. They are intentionally simple and can evolve with real feedback.
Allowed use
- Business profiles should present real craft, design, or service activity.
- Requests should be genuine project, repair, collaboration, or question-based inquiries.
- Pinboard posts should stay business-owned and relevant to the profile.
- Partnership interest may be shown by businesses, but it must not be used for spam outreach.
Not allowed
- Misleading self-promotion through customer accounts.
- Spam, copied content, abusive messages, or irrelevant public material.
- Hidden paid promotion or attempts to manipulate ranking.
- Impersonation, fake businesses, unlawful content, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Attempts to bypass review, rate limits, access controls, or role boundaries.
Review and control
Profiles can be reviewed, published, or sent back for changes. LEMATO may remove, hide, or request changes to profiles, pinboard posts, media, requests, and transaction-related records when misuse is suspected. Content report storage is prepared for later moderation intake.
Ranking and fairness
Catalog ranking is based on transparent MVP signals such as text, category, specialization, material, and geography matches. Paid placement, editorial boosting, hidden promotion, and customer engagement metrics do not affect ranking.
Pre-phase handling
During the controlled pre-phase, access may be invitation-based, seeded demo content may be present, and feedback may be used to improve the product. Demo content must not be treated as production business inventory.
